Thought it might be interesting to do a track entirely composed of drum loops. So, here we are, a family of whooshy loops, flanged and phased and marmalised (ask Ken Dodd)

I like this one more than I thought I would; it took quite a while to sort all the effects and eq out, but I was surprised at how effective the whole thing was in the end.

It’s almost as though the drum sounds are moving around and criss crossing each other, and moving through each other, and having a jolly fine time, swirling freely and with gay abandon.

I sometimes wonder why it is that I can’t swirl freely with gay abandon. How about you?
